Chapter 8: Violent Breakthrough

If I am not mistaken, it is just like this. I said with a hint of pride, although the layout of this ghost appears quite formidable, it is ultimately not flawless. "Is it really impossible to get out of this staircase?" I murmured to myself. I have tried, and no matter whether I go up or down, I cannot escape from the picture book. No matter how I move, all the floors are merely the second floor.

Ye Ruoxue was already exhausted, sitting on the steps, her face showing signs of distress. However, she did not blame me; she simply held her phone in silence

"Indeed, it is a case of jumping from a building, but it is not necessarily a suicide," I said with a cold laugh

Isn't this too high?" Ye Ruoxue said with difficulty

"It is useless, everything is useless," Ye Ruoxue said as she approached me. Her body was already exhausted, and her face was filled with sorrow. I shook my head and sat beside her, still deep in thought.

However, the urgent task is to find a way out. Looking at the building that remains forever on the second floor, my mind is constantly pondering how to seek an exit

I have already thought of all the possible solutions. I have also tried everything that could be used, yet we still cannot find a way out of the staircase

What’s wrong, why aren’t you jumping?" Ye Ruoxue asked with a puzzled look at my actions

"You take this staircase, and I will take that one; we will ascend simultaneously." I said to Ye Ruoxue, at which point I had already decided to go all in. Ye Ruoxue was very cooperative, nodding in agreement. We each approached a staircase, then looked at each other from across the corridor and began to ascend the stairs at the same time.

Consider this: we walked up three levels from the second floor, which means we have reached the fifth floor. However, it still shows that we are on the second floor. If I am not mistaken, we have been deceived. Our actual location is not the second floor, but the fifth floor. Next, we walked down three levels, which means we have actually arrived at the second floor

"It is a suicide by jumping off a building," Ye Ruoxue said
